Sometimes we are blindsided by the curveballs in life, overwhelmed with illness, work and school challenges, intimate relationships, parenting concerns or maybe we are frustrated because we want to change and we do not know how to realize. My goal is to help you explore the issues and concerns that can cause confusion, difficulty or emotional pain and design a life that is satisfying to you. Through our work, you will develop specific coping strategies needed to help achieve your goals.

My professional experience includes individuals, couples and groups. I offer assistance dealing with a wide variety of personal and family issues such as depression, anxiety, bipolar, sexual identity, grief/loss, trauma, major life transitions, and elder care. I have extensive experience working with parents, family and friends supporting a loved one with a mental illness.

As a mental health counselor for over 25 years, I have in-depth knowledge and expertise to help you improve your life. I will work with you in the ways that are best for you. I am committed to helping others realize their potential and overcome challenges in life. I want to create a safe, empathetic space in which options can be explored and goals realized.
