We all need support, validation, and empathy in the midst of conflict and everyday struggles. Jacque has over 12 years of experience working as a psychotherapist and a diagnostic assessment specialist licensed at the master’s level. She has completed half of her coursework in the doctoral program in educational psychology from the American School of Psychology at Argosy University. She has helped adults, families, children, and adolescents of diverse backgrounds and concerns.

Jacque’s approach to counseling is warm and empathetic. She prides herself on treating everyone with kindness, respect, and sensitivity. She focuses on building trust as well as open and honest communication in the therapeutic relationship to help each client achieve their goals and feel as though they are maximizing their full potential. Jacque sees therapy as a collaborative process and invites clients to take an active role in their treatment.

Jacque focuses on managing symptoms as well as facilitating empowerment, building confidence and teaching the tools necessary to allow for clients to be their personal best in terms of productivity, happiness and creating an overall sense of well-being. She focuses on integrative cognitive-behavioral therapy to help heal and address the underlying causes of concern.
