I am passionate about helping clients to see their own strengths and potential and to gain the ability to resolve the issue(s) they may be experiencing. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing difficulties associated with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, self-esteem, ADHD, gender identity, abuse, relationships, communication, career and work/life balance. When working with adolescents, I treat a range of emotional, social, educational and behavioral issues around transition and adjustment to challenges and stressors at home and/or school.

I have over 15 years of experience as a career coach, helping individuals of all job types and ages experiencing career challenges and transition. "My goal in career coaching is to help clients discover their strengths and passions and to find work that is more meaningful and a better fit." I am certified to administer career assessments.

My counseling philosophy and primary approach is to meet the client where they are, working collaboratively with warmth, compassion, and honesty to tailor each client's treatment around their unique circumstance. I am honored to be able to partner and support clients in making the necessary changes in their lives for improved productivity, overall happiness and a healthier outlook. I use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused, client-centered, family systems and mindfulness therapeutic techniques to help clients reach their treatment goals.
