I am passionate about helping others to be able see their own strengths and potential in order to resolve whatever issue(s) they may be experiencing. I work with children, adolescents and adults experiencing difficulties associated with depression, anxiety, loss, self-esteem, ADHD, gender-related issues and identity, abuse, relationships, communication, career and work/life balance. When working with children and adolescents, I treat a range of emotional, social, educational and behavioral issues around transition and adjustment to challenges at home or school.

I have over 15 years experience as a career coach, helping individuals of all job types and ages experiencing career challenges and transition. "My goal in career coaching is to help clients discover their strengths, passions and a better fit for more meaningful work." I am certified to administer assessments.

My counseling philosophy and primary approach is cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused and mindfulness. I meet the client where they are, tailoring each client's treatment around their unique circumstance. I am honored to be able to partner and support clients in making the changes in their lives they need and desire.
