I enjoy helping adults and teenagers tackle symptoms related to stressful life changes, anxiety, depression, & ADHD. I collaborate with my clients to find the right solutions for them using cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), client-centered, and coaching techniques. I often work with high school/college students, adults, and parents on how to best manage new responsibilities. Whatever the situation, I strive for my clients to leave counseling feeling strong, supported, and more free from old habits that drag them down.

In addition to individual therapy, I also offer parenting coaching and support. If your family is experiencing challenges related to excessive conflict, anxiety, school problems, or ADHD, it can be extremely helpful to get some guidance. I have had training with the Yale Parenting Center and have seen parents make great progress when they're open to trying new strategies.

I also offer In career & academic coaching. Through the use of assessments, discussion, time management help, and proper goal setting, I help clients achieve their goals. I provide weekly sessions and in-between session checks to help clients stay on track. Interviewing, resume, networking, and writing help is available.

I've been practicing as a therapist since 2009 after working in education, a research policy organization, and an educational software company. I earned a masters in Clinical Psychology from Loyola College in Baltimore, and completed my Virginia licensure requirements with George Mason University and The Women's Center in Vienna, VA.

In free time I love figure skating, dogs, kids, and hanging out in coffee shops.
